January 21 : Begin 6 Week Detox and Weight Loss Program.


Beginning in January:

Come and start the New Year off on a healthy note. This specifically designed Detox Program offers state of the art nutrition and supplements for lasting weight loss. The program aims to balance out your metabolism with a combination of herbs and acupuncture, and teach you delicious and lasting eating techniques to create a life time of wellness. The six Detox Program classes are free with the purchase of supplements, and participants get $20.00 off weekly acupuncture treatments during the series. January 24th : Natural Options for Fertility Enhancement.

This informative class will cover how nutrition, supplements, stress management and other natural methods can enhancement of fertility. The class is $59.00 per person and takes place at Santa Ana College in room A-207. Thursdays in February from 10:00 am to 11:30 The Well Child Clinic.

Many of the issues children face can be safely dealt with at home with nutrition, herbs and homeopathy. This popular class offers a relaxed environment where parents can learn how to maximize their child’s health and ask questions they can not always have time for in rushed pediatrician appointments. Each week will cover what to look for in your child’s health, when to go to the pediatrician and how to handle minor ailments with natural home remedies. Acupressure Class.

Wednesday evenings in March from, 6:30 pm to 8:00 pm at Santa Ana College, Dr Stephanie will be teaching Acupressure for Health and Wellness. This four week class is designed to teach you the basics of Acupressure for the management of minor ailments such as colds and flu’s stress reduction and more.
